Keshi says:

 "I am by no means an experienced cook. I'm not being modest, I'm just being honest. 9 months ago, I could barely fry an egg. It's okay, feel free to be appalled.

But somehow coming to Finland inspired (forced) me to learn quite a bit in a short period of time. I have set off the fire alarm a decent number of times and shed a few tears over failed attempts at making chocolate cake, but after a few months of practice and going up a few dress sizes, I have fallen in love with cooking and especially baking!

So, this is what led to the creation of this blog. My husband (who is actually a fabulous cook) and I have decided to go on little food adventures and share them with you! We want to share with you our memories, our inspirations, our success and failures with...food! Because after all, who doesn't like food?"

 

                                                                 Juho says:

"I have never considered myself as a cook, although I have always liked baking and cooking, especially the latter. I do admit, though, that as a small boy I dreamt of becoming a cook but later that has changed. I still like it as a hobby though. Now for truthfulness' sake let me point out that Keshi's statement of me being a fabulous cook is an overstatement :D

This blog is a result of a lot of thought, enthusiasm, persuasion, planning (yeah right) and expectation. We hope to bring some new perspective to our friends in the world of internet instead of selfishly gobbling down all the nice food we experiment with :D"
